Technical Support
APS is anxious to ensure that its products work and continue to work to its customer’s satisfaction. Accordingly, we offer a range of support options.
Support Levels:
- Telephone – call our office (07 3277 2100) or your local APS representative. We can solve many problems over the phone.
- E-mail - send an e-mail to Support@apsystems.com.au. Explain the problem in as much detail as possible. We will usually be able to provide overnight support.
- Internet - where the site has wireless LAN connected to the Internet, APS may be able to directly troubleshoot problems. We encourage all sites to allow this access.
- Site Visit - Where necessary, APS personnel will visit the site.
